a highlight event of the Mandal over the past several years is the home-made food festival, the "Food Mela", which we organize to celebrate Gudi Padwa.
this year the Food Mela took place on 13th April 2019, to great response as always. Around 300 visitors enjoyed the home made food feast. Dishes were specially focused on Maharashtrian snacks, both sweet and spicy - things that are favorites from back home, but are hard to come by here..
